In conditiile actuale suntem interesati de cineva care sa ni se alature in postura de owner al serverului nostru.
Va rog sa postati in acest topic, cei care sunteti interesati, nu puneti intrebari despre detalii, alea le stabilim la urma cu cel ales. (eventual, imi dati PM daca credeti ca e neaparat nevoie sa stiti)

Ceea ce colegul meu nu a precizat:

- Activitate pe server/forum.
- Cand se ia o decizie, sa fie impartial, nepotismele nu ne intereseaza.
- Plata lunara.
- Se lucreaza in echipa, deciziile majore sunt luate numai dupa ce se discuta cu ceilalti owneri.
- interes pentru promovarea serverului.

Nu cred ca e suficient sa deschidem aplicatii pentru owneri si sa alegem la nimereala, asa ca:
Demonstrati ca sunteti apti pentru a deveni owner war6.
- Activitate pe server/ forum.
- Veniti cu o idee pentru promovarea serverului.
- Care va aplica, dupa postul meu, va sustine si un "interviu" cu fiecare dintre owneri (mai putin embra care are ceva probleme).
- Avem nevoie de cineva stabil, matur, cand e vorba de o decizie sa se gandeasca in primul rand la jucator. Sa se puna in locul fiecaruia inainte de decizia finala.
- Lucru in echipa este esential, fara o colaborare cu ceilalti owneri si admini, nu acceptam.
- NU AVEM NEVOIE DE TIMP PIERDUT, ca vrea x sa vada cum e owner.

Va riscati?...

In principiu, sunt interesat de toti.
Urmeaza sa discut cu voi pe privat. O sa ma uit si la posturile voastre, sa vad cum va descurcati cand vine vorba de decizii.
