Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu functioneaza cum trebuie, acele 10 stack trb sa se reseteze atunci cand Arcane Power, Icy Veins si Combustion expira, nu atunci cand le aplici.
Dovada / Proof: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=r9q2dd&&s=5 Dupa cum se vede stacurile dispar imd ce tickuie 1 singura data Combustion. In mod normal Combustion trb sa tickuie complet, iar dupa aceea sa dispara si stacurile. Asta rezulta ca nu functioneaza cum trb(BUG).

Cand ai de aface cu oameni,aminteste-ti ca nu ai de-a face cu creaturi logice,ci cu creaturi emotionale!
