unable to learn spells after lvl 5 on blood elf warlock

pls help me i cant see any spells in the trainer after lvl 5

The first trainer you encounter can't teach you all the spells.... Just continue leveling until you get to a bigger city.

im lvl 30 now still cant find the trainer any specific place where they could be in

ogrimmar, silvermoon, undercity, dalaran, etc...just ask a guard in the main cities

i found it i just had to delete all of my other characters for some reason then i suddenly can see all of them thanks for the help though
