[REJECTED] Rogue Haste Scaling Bugged/other bugged abilities

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Haste scales incorrectly/doesn't scale at all, abilities that should increase energy regen have absolutely no effect, this abilities include but may not be limited to: Overkill (Assassination talent), Vitality (combat) Slice and Dice(?)
Dovada / Proof:
As you can clearly see I have 24.14% haste rating and only 11.09 energy regen, to which I will also ADD that I managed to get to 11.09 from a pressumbly stuck 10.77 (with the exact same haste amount) after I re-equipped my gear. I am not sure whether Slice and Dice should increase energy regen or not but nevertheless it doesn't increase it. I am though 100% sure that neither Overkill nor Vitality provide any energy regen increase at all whether it is an invisible increase (not showing as increased energy regen) or a shown increase.

- P.S - The rogue ability named "Vitality" from the Combat tree does not even exist within the database, I just searched it

SnD boosts your attack speed so it's added to your "haste" but that doesn't mean that your energy regen benefits from it.

I don't know if Overkill or Vitality are bugged. Somebody should test them.
