Item disappeared after I relogged.

Details: (optional) Today I lost one of my items from my inventory. Brilliant Queen's Garnet (http://www.wowhead.com/item=71881). Yesterday I spent 40 of my vote points to get Queen's Garnet from vote shop. I put one on Auction House and the other in my bag. Today when I came online I canceled the one I put at Auction House and take it from mail box to reduce the price I made. When I take it from mail box, the gems appear as two in my inventory combining with the one that I already had. Before making Auction I tried to place the two gems in two bags. After placing each gem in the bag, one of the gems' color became black. I thought it was just bugged, so I relogged. After I came back, one of the gems that has black color before I relogged has disappeared. Please help me.
