That is a known crashing area. Check WoW Errors / Crashes | Freakz.ro.
First get your character unstuck at https://www.wow-freakz.com/unstuck.php , then never log out at, fast travel or fly to Light's Hope Chapel. If you need to get there just fast travel to someplace nearby then travel on foot/horse.
