Lags

When playing I am locked at 75 fps until I join a raid.
At that moment the fps goes downhill
- reaching around 3 fps in few minutes.
- After 5 arenas I am at 30 fps
- After 2 BGs it goes to around 15 fps

I use no addons and I'm always at 75 fps on other servers, nmw I do.

u do nothing like the rest of us its an issue from the server side not ours,but it seems aint nobody got time fo dat to fix it cuz its been like this since 434 came, so u have to cope or move to a dif server

Do you maybe by "others" mean a 'selected' few with very good PCs that don't play PvE?

i dont think very good pc helps on other servers i get around 200 fps on ultra and here i dont

im having no fps problems in 25mans even with fraps on or not. Im guessing my pc is strong

tho my fps is usually around 200 idle, in raids its between 50-120

Well my usual FPS in SW is 30-60, while in 25man raids it is 2-10, depending on the boss (i.e. black globule on Yor'sahj is dropping fps alot).

Without the sync I have slightly under 300 on ultra, in SW, the second I join raid while still in SW it goes to 30 and then it slowly goes down until like 0 I bet... I dont need to enter any instance anyway.
