Arena suggestion

So here's the problem in 2v2 arenas when two teams meet dps and heal setup and some times neither
team can finish the fight and arena fight last for too long like 30min or 46 min .
So i would like to suggest adding some thing like damage increase or healing reduce that would be active in arenas after 15min , similar thing is being added in 5.4 patch .
