Daca folosesti proxy de-asta iti arata IP-uri din alte tari. In orice caz, nu e bug asta.

nu are proxy... pt proxy trebuie sa cumperi ip-urile si dupa merge bine cu vps-ul ... sa iti dau un ip de proxy privat sa vezi cum aratata... ipurile alea nu sunt de proxy si nu sunt nici private, probabil o avea ip dinamic, de ex si eu am ip dinamic si mai prind ip-uri din SUA & ipuri chinezestii -

uite aici http://adresameaip.go4it.ro/ aici iti arata si tara din care e ip-ul si ip-ul pe care il ai Romtelecom si RDS nu exista numai in romania aceste firme de net sunt si in strainatate si ip-urile de pe Dinamic sunt folosite la unison indiferent daca esti din tara X ( trebuie numai ip dinamic ) uneori ip-urile din alte tari sunt rare alte ori sunt dese... conteaza si cat de des iti opresti netul si de cate ori verifici din ce tara e ip-ul..., bafta

Cheloo chestia asta este de la opera, asa mi-a facut si mie si am ip static.
Incearca alt browser chrome/firefox si vezi ca o sa arate de unde esti, sau un log out pe forum si intri iar.
