Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Basicly the bug here is that:You cast a spell after u gained clearcast,you get another prock while you are still casting,the spell consumes both of those clearcasts,it should not do that.
Dovada / Proof: Test it out for yourself.

Well I can confirm that and I might add that clercast https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16870 (wowhead link)
has another bug as well it consume mana energe and rage and it should not thus making the skill almost useless for feral .

You cannot stack 2 clearcast, when the second one procs it will refresh the duration of your first clearcast proc, there is no bug here

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
