I have tested it and i can confirm, the talent is not working! It is useless, is not working at all!

Tested it myself and without the talent it takes my pet 19s to regenerate the focus bar fully, with it nothing changes, still 19s . Confirmed .

The talent was working (it was increasing focus regeneration), but it would increase focus regeneration from 1.0 to 1.3 per regen tick and server wasn't handling 1.x focus regeneration, it would always be 1.0
I fixed this mechanism and now it should be ok
