Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Player-ul aflat in Dragon's breath se misca prea mult si prea repede la noi pe server. Am observatca se misca prea repede in prima secunda in care player-ul este in DB ceea ce incomodeaza destul de mult cand pui ring of frost asta daca nu esti atent la player.Sper ca am fost destul de explicit.

Problema asta nu e doar la dragon's breath, e cam la orice aura de CC (la cele de confuse se vede cel mai bine ca alea iti dau viteza mica), e mai delicat bugul

Fixed la toate spellurile de Fear / Confuse (Fear, Death Coil, Polymorph, Scatter Shot, Dragon's Breath, Blind, etc) sa nu mai repezeasca/teleporteze playerul catre alta locatie la inceputul CC-ului
