+1 cosmi \ paine. ( but i think it's on PvP )
Also, add Hit and Expertise for PvE -> with 4.00 and 14.00 hit and expertise I don't miss \ parry \ dodge on bosses. ( but is a small chance to happen )

Yea,report bugs and hopefully the gm will know how to reproduce every bug and lose time with checking bugs like ,,resilience has a hidden crit reduction'' seriously?

Yes, and healers benefit a lot from it, here a full pvp geared disci priest can tank up to 5 dps without dropping below 50% health, all you need is some skill and stack a lot of resil.

As being said, whenever I counter people who have more than 4k resil, my crit goes below everything.
That's why I wrote "Hidden crit reduction".
Overpower has 60% chance to crit+your crit. There is no possible way that in 10 overpower hits you get 6 hits that ARE NOT CRITS. Luck? I don't think so buddy..

There might be some problems with Overpower too, most likely it has less than 60% chance to crit or it doesnt stack with your own crit... i remember previous 4.0.6 patch and there was no problems with the crit chance on this spell.
