Nozdormu quest; please enable it!

Since now it's possible to kill Murozond, i would like to know if the Nozdormu quest will ever be introduced;

I'm talking about this one:

And it actually would be very helpfull because it gives some interesting items (ex. cloth head)

I know Nozdormu NPC is a teleport, but the one at the entrance it's pretty much useless so it could be the quest giver.

What do you think about that?

oh, where did you take it? lol i can't find it inside end time! i see only alurni's quests

i think its outside, in the caverns of time from a dragon if im not mistaking ...

found the solution. it's part of a quest chain, it start from an npc in mage quarter inside mage tower. by the way, alurni will complete the quest, as nozdormu npc is only for teleport
