Good luck to be the first, why I'm saying this ? Bcuz it's like Engineering Pipe ( mats for ground mount @ engi )
Who buy it 1st, gg. The second person who came to check must wait for respawn. ( 12h for that recipe )

I have engineer and Elementium-Plated Exhaust Pipe was not that hard - 2 hours, 30 minutes respawn time.
It’s a little patience that’s all.
Then again, that plans 12h - sounds like a bug to me.
It’s essential for the enchanters – no way blizzard make the plans respawn rate 12h in their heavy populated servers.
And the comment in wowhead clearly states - respawn time around 5min.

I saw that comment but here isn't blizzard's people.

Agreed, you got a point there – the comment is not from a blizzard guy.
But searching in google for - Plans: Adamantite Rod respawn time, lead only to complains in private servers.
And a few guides (that I can lay my hands upon), made for playing in blizzard servers, suggest a little profit from getting and selling this recipe in AH. If the respawn time was 12h, the price will be sky high.
