Ping Issues

hello ...sorry if this section is wrong to post such thing....but from last 15-20 days i am having ping issues ...i called my ISP and a guy from technical department came to my home to check my wire and other things ...he said every thing is fine from this side ...i closed down my Router firewall +windows firewall but it didn't help me a lot ... my ping use to be around 200-220 which is fine for me because i live is Pakistan and the distance with EU is big....i get same pings around 200 on EU west server of Dota 2 .... but now a days my ping reach to around 400-500 on Freakz ...and when i check ping on EU west dota 2 server its same around 200....if any one can help me with the issue ...your help will be appreciated ....thanks.

Go to interface - system - network and uncheck 'Optimize Network for Speed'.

Try this.

well it helped a bit....but not much btw thanks for the info.....and plz if any one know any other solution to reduce ping ... i shell be very thankful

You have there some macros , maybe that can help you with ms and fps problems, DON'T use it if you don't want to modify your video option in game.
there is one : /console ffx 0
/console hwPCF 1
/console shadowlod 0
/console timingmethod 1
/console showshadow 0
/console showfootprints 0
/console showfootprintparticles 0
And another one: /console overridefarclip 0
/console farclip 177
/console horizonfarclip 1305
/console detailDoodadAlpha 0
/console groundeffectdensity 16
Use this only if you have bad problems with your pc and your configuration don't support so good wow.

Darkworld the prob is high ping ....not game lag which is caused by slow pc.... my pc is good enough to support wow....i get like 50-60 fps in SW etc....my prob is with pings ..... my pings are fluctuating every time...some time 250 ms and bam it will jump to 400 and 500.....btw thanks for the above info....
