more vote shop xmog items

I am opening this topic so that xmog fans can require more fun-looking items to be added in the DB for transmogrification.
I am proposing, for now, this cloak that is pretty cool:

and that should be available in the game as a quest reward, but is not, according to the database. I have come across items that shouldn't exist in the game according to wowhead, but are obtainable through vote points, so it's only natural that this one should be available as well.

I have more suggestions to come, just want to see if anyone reads this first. And if you do, thanks for doing so.

The ideea is good , i've seen more items are not on vote shop and not obtainable ingame. About that cloak i think the quest is working , just follow the chain quests. I will try to do it and give ya a feedback.

Have you actually tried doing the quests to get those items?
