Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Haste effects do not lower the cooldown of Crusader Strike / Divine Storm
Dovada / Proof: Screen show me having 8,24% haste whilst still at 4,5 secs cooldown.

It's a visual bug , the cooldown reduction works fine . Test it while you have bloodlust on yourself and you will see you get the maximum cooldown reduction possible on the skills. The tooltip just doesn't update itself as it should.
