[Multiple] Mastery

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Problema este ca la conversia din puncte de mastery in efect se ignora ceea ce se afla dupa virgula.

Ca exemplu pe un blood dk am 26,55 puncte de mastery
-fiecare punct mareste puterea scutului cu 6,25%
-prin urmare ar trebui sa am 26,55*6,25=165,93 insa mie imi.da doar 165

Am 198915 HP .DS healeaza 10.15 din hp'u meu deci 20189.87 heal
Mastery ar trebui sa imi dea 165.93% * 20189.87 =33501.05 iar mie imi da 33311 deci ignora acel 0.93

Dovada / Proof: problema a fost semnalata aici http://forum.wow-freakz.com/Paladin-PvE-PvP-Hand-of-light-t207625.html insa nu este valabila doar pt pala retri ci pt toate clasele/specurile

Corect, e la toate clasele problema

eu testatem doar la pala` ca deh ... fiecare cu clasa care o joaca

mda si eu credeam ca 24,9 e aproape 25.

Okay deci avem :

=> Desii in tooltip se arata doar numere intregi orice procentaj ofera bonusul de mastery aferent ( daca ai 0.22 pai 0.22 bonus primesti ) cel putin asta sustin ei .

PS: Ca sa primesti confirm trebuie sa aduci dovezi ca desii nu apare in tooltip bonusul nu il primesti nici efectiv .
