[Multiple] Spells that reduce target armor

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
Let's say there is a boss. I cast a Faerie Fire to him, and that puts up 3 stacks of Faerie Fire(because of feral talent "Feral Agression"). Basically the armor reduction amount is maxed out on the target. If a warrior uses his Sunder Armor(if it puts 1 or 2 stacks) the Faerie Fire from the boss fades, and the Sunder Armor stack "goes live". This shouldn't happen. The only way you should able to rewrite Faerie Fire is to put an equally reducing effect to the boss(i.e. an another feral talented FF). If you try to put up 1 stack of armor reduction on a target that has more of it, then it should keep all the buffs of the same kind but only the strongest should be active. This bug causes a DPS loss in early DPS since Warrior's colossus smash glyph applies 1 stack of Sunder Armor that "dispells" the fully stacked Faerie Fire.

Dovada / Proof: If you apply 3 stacks of Faerie Fire (-12% armor) then a single Sunder Armor stack (-4% armor) will rewrite your buff
