[FIXED] [Death knight][PvE][PvP] Death strike parry/miss/dodge

Days passed and it's NOT fixed its still behaving like always , if the physical strike doesn't connect , the heal won't occur , and it con't consume runes either...

It's that hard to make the heal occur prior to the physical strike and make it consume runes regardless?

It still occurs yes , maybe it is not yet live .
