Hagara pickpocket problem

i cant pickpocket hagara.. as when i port there she is always sleeping i cant wake he up tried AOE spells everything w8ed out of invis for 8 min still not waking up plz help!

Even for me, the pickpocket of Hagara, does not work, missing only. I tried to reset, to aggro and vanish, to pick up and leave the quest, to make the boss in order, to do all the bosses and leave Hagara last, to wait a week to reset, but nothing worked. I looked at all the forum posts, even those in the Romanian language, but I have not found any useful answer.
Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem? Or even just tell me where it is discussed?
