Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I abandoned this quest for small game bug, but it's okay... But now, when I want take this Q again, I can't because NPC wants a Q item, which u will get after take this Q.

It seems to have a custom fix. Make a ticket ingame and ask a GM to give you the quest you have abandoned, so you can continue the quest chain.
