[REJECTED] [Quest] Ogri'la questline bugged

The pics are proof that I got to exalted and I can do the other dailies but not the ones from the questchain.

I followed the quest chain that starts in Shattrath at V'eru with Speak with the Ogre, I did all the quests but when I was sent to talk to Torkus, I saw 2 quests, I took 1 and the other one disappeared and I never got Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger.

I finished the Ogri'la reputation and the quest is still missing.

This quest is needed for the questline to get later Bomb Them Again! which is the quest for the Winter veil achievement

Please help me by getting the quest to complete the quest chain and be able to complete the achievement.

Hello Alesian, I checked the quests and I did them all

Neutral 15 [70] Speak with the Ogre
Neutral 15 [70] Mog'dorg the Wizened

Complete all three to continue:
Neutral 15 [70+] Even Gronn Have Standards
Neutral 15 [70+] Grulloc Has Two Skulls
Neutral 15 [70+] Maggoc's Treasure Chest

(I dont know if here's the problem, because I did these 3 quests in a group)

Neutral 15 [70+] Grim(oire) Business
Neutral 15 [70+] Into the Soulgrinder
Neutral 15 [70+] Speak with Mog'dorg (optional)

Neutral 15 [70] Ogre Heaven
Neutral 15 [70] The Crystals
Neutral 15 [70] An Apexis Relic (optional)
Neutral 15 [70 Daily] The Relic's Emanation

Here I was sent to talk to Torkus and he had 2 quests, Our boy wants... and A father's duty, I took the 2nd one)

I checked with all the npc of the questline and no one has any quest to give me.

I dont know if it's because I'm exalted that they dont give me quests anymore, in that case.... is it possible to restart my Ogri'la reputation to be able to get the quest again

Neutral 15 [70] Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger (this one disappeared when I took A father's duty )

Neutral 15 [70] A Father's Duty (I did this one)

(I cant make these ones since I cannot get "Our Boy Wants To Be A Skyguard Ranger"
