Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Frostfire bolt ticks for much less then it should. It should tick for 3% of it's total damage when glyphed. Drdamage reports 460 damage per tick for 1 stack (see screenshot), but currently it is ticking for only 82 damage (these values are for 8374 spellpower)

This time DrDamage is right, but it isn't 100% accurate.

DrDamage is kind of always right if you know how to read its values, problem is most idiots look at the numbers placed on their spell icons and think thats how hard said spell should hit, which is obviously completely wrong and retarded since that number represents the approximation of average damage calculated by drdamage of combined hits and crits from that spell.

With no gear , no spec , just the Glyph , regardless of how big or small was the Frostfire Bolt ( 1288,1281,1161 ) the dot from the glyph stacked only once ( that's 3% during 12 seconds , 0.75% per tick once every 3s ) always ticked for 7 damage , that's less than 0.75% .
