Descrierea bugului / Bug description: De pe 4.2 a fost introdus la patch notes ring of frost sa aiba dr cu deep freeze, fapt ce nu se intampla si aici si este un bug imens care avantajeaza clasa
Dovada / Proof: Deep Freeze and Ring of Frost will cause diminishing returns on each other, in addition to the spells they normally share diminishing returns with.

Avantajeaza doar in PVP ( ARENE, BG, DUELS)... A mai fost postat, @Shocker a spus ca este foarte mult de munca la acest dr bug, si ca deocamdata are altele de facut...
