[REJECTED] [Rogue] [PvP] Sub Mastery does not affect Envenom (fin move) corectly

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Sub mastery increases finishing moves damage by %. Problem is that my Envenom in Sub spec is dealing lower damage than what is mentioned. I should do more dmg than how I actually do.

WoW tooltips are often misleading regarding spell damage, bring more proof...

You can reforge/gem your gear into mastery and cast some envenoms on the Target Dummy, than do the same with the same gear reforged/gemed into haste or any other stat.
