Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Crd ca nu se stacheaza bn intre ele sau e o problema,daca calculezi nu-ti da 10% haste nici pe aproape

Pentru ca trebuie sa ofere doar 5% din aura . Talent-ul iti descrie toate beneficiile sale inclusiv aura de 5% spell haste care o ai cand esti in Moonkin Form, l2read tooltips... /facepalm .
