Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Crd ca nu se stacheaza bn intre ele sau e o problema,daca calculezi nu-ti da 10% haste nici pe aproape

Dca nu cumva se observa ca am haste rating 1695 si in mookin si normal form
Dar se ne grabim repde sa-l inchidem

Evit sa te fac in alte moduri/feluri dar , da-mi voie sa fiu mai explicit :

1. Este 5% PROCENTAJ NU RATING doar .
2. Daca te uiti atent in char sheet @ Spell tab o sa vezi ca din 14% fara forma ai 19% cu forma .

Srsly? Dupa ce ca ti-a explicat Nero ca la prosti in topicul celalalt, tot tu vii sa comentezi si sa fii nesimtit? Du-te si invata wow fratica.
