Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu scoate slow efects cand blazing speed procuie,ceea ce nu se intampla pe freakz

Am testat si merge bine , daca in schimb ti-a dat Hamstring dupa ce ai Blazing Speed pe tine normal ca nu ti-l scoate .

Uite, eu cand am testat am pus warr-ul sa imi spameze Hamstring-ul si am obtinut same result ca tine , both Blazing Speed si Hamstring durations la fel . Dar se vede din combat log ca imi dispare si dupa este reaplicat slow-ul(Hamstring-ul) .
