Every time the Exodus realm goes down I lose all pending mail in my mailbox. Please rectify this. I mean it happens every time. I have lost much gold from this.

Also, my mail is always pending. says it will be available at 12 am but server crashes or restarts and I lose it all each time.

after the reboot on jan 8, I lost two pages of mail in my mail box. Please fix it or at least have the courtesy to respond to this thread. Say it will be fixed or say go get F'ed we are not concerned if you lose all your gold.

Listen here!!! I just lost more mail. I am missing an auction that was over 3k gold. This is getting to be ridiculous.

Address this very bad bug now!!!! or just admit you don't know what you are doing.

i have a couple of in game mails that are sale pending. one of them has been sale pending for 2 days. i'm not getting the money attached to it. there are a few threads on the forums that have been posted and there has been no fix.

and now they are gone. this time it was a total of almost 6000 gold.

please fix

A similar thing happened to me too a few days ago...I see this just now, they said "atm" they cannot do anything about it because there is no refund policy for this concern. Now, I understand, this bug persists not just for a few days ago but for a few MONTHS ago. They are not interested at all. "We know what the players want" they said. They don't care, all they want is to add new bosses(which won't work properly) but they are not able fix a *** mail-problem...
