Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Arcane Shot nu tine cont in totalitate de magical damage increase buffs(sau debuffs).
Dovada / Proof: Precizez ca am testat fara glyph or arcane shot si fara talente.

For Tzopaluca's case the increase with the debuff should've been around 38~ +damage , in his prints he has only about 2~ +damage .

Nu trebuie sa dea increas si pe weapon damage, DOAR PE SPELL DAMAGE. Merge corect, invalid bug.
