[REJECTED] [Quest] What The Dragons Know quest bug

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: the only bug in this quest is that the npc "Magister Hathorel" where you want to turn the quest is bug for the horde side but for the ally side the NPC exist check the wowhead placed of that NPC. The NPC name is "Magister Hathorel"
http://imageshack.com/scaled/medium/827/ibxr.png but when you go to the horde inn u wont find him. that NPC should be placed where i m standing check this picture https://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/663x373q90/199/zv05.jpg there is nothing. The only place where i can finish or turn the quest to is placed on the ally side so when you try to go to him u will be teleported to the middle so there isn t any way to finish this quest check this picture placed in the proof u will notice that the quest complete mark is placed on the ally side where horde is not allow to move there .

what i need or ask that u add the Npc in his place at the horde inn

The npc is spawned inside Violet Citadel, Dalaran (under/near the stairs there).
