another 2 wowhead comments say that it doesnt scales with demonology mastery

I see some people in comments are saying that demo mastery shouldn't increase fiery imp dmg others say the opposite. Some shit with the icd of imps. So I think we have to look for a blue post or something to clarify the situation.
