Greetings wanted to comment on a matter , I have seen some servers that have guild house , for which there is known to house a guild I explain briefly , a guild house is a place, preferably a house or building closed without outside view which serves Guild meeting place , a private place where a brotherhood gathers her things and talk in that sorority house 's basic things like a guild bank , a bank a mailbox , an innkeeper , and guards other things , this server is a very good server and I think it would come good guilds have house for those seeking sororities have a private meeting place , this is for both reviewers comment that GM, the players about it, if are for or against the creation of guilds house for sororities , if estubiesen elavorar could favor a short list of places to create photographs guild house and I created some guild houses and some good locations for creating aforesaid guild houses , because nothing more is that, it may be possible to say whether the implementation of house guild on the server and the opinion of both GM and players about it and if that were implemented I would pass a list of some locations and creations presideñas for me to server as a brief example .

I'm up for it, just for the fun of it, but I really doubt we'll get this. It's most likely too hard or too time-demanding for devs to implement this to the game.

I used to be in a (now-defunct) WotLK server which had custom housing for guilds - though people had to chip in some donations.

The way it worked was that there are some areas of the map that are totally inaccessible through normal means, unless you hacked. What the devs did after a guild donated was they put up some custom stuff like:
- a big *** tree mansion
- custom vendors
- those special "click" to have fireworks/disco ball effects thingies
- music/sound effects
- a teleporter to the area accessible only to those in that guild (ie. via equipping an item given only to guildmates)

Our guild house was located east of SW atop some inaccessible mountains bordering Redridge.
It was fun for what it was - and the payment certainly made up for the time adding those things.

Now what's the biggest problem here, and why I think it won't work, is simple - we're on Cataclysm.
Flying mounts can get you anywhere you want, on any continent, that some random PUG could pop up in that same mountain tree-house mansion, LOL.
The only way it would work is if the guild house itself is instanced - which takes more time to do, and thus a waste.
