Descrierea bugului / Bug description: HoTul din mastery la holy priest este influentat de un coeficient de ~8% pentru critical heals, si nu 10%. pentru heal non crit pare sa functioneze corect.
exemplu: crit heal 29728 - hot 393 -> coef 7.93, nu ~10 cat ar trebui
non crit - 10640 - hot 187 -> coef ~10
astea au fost cu mastery de inceput, 8
cu 18.99 mastery am avut ~24 coef la non crit, iar la crit ~18
in print am in prima imagine non crit (~10.5), iar in a doua am crit (~7.9)

Confirm. EoL from normal heals is a little bit stronger and EoL from critical heals is weaker than it should be.

EoL from normal heals is affected by the row one talent "Twin Diciplines" , thats 6% increase for all healing, that includes the mastery as well i'm guessing . You derived your conclussion from this fact most definetly .

Desii tu ai observat ca EoL este mai slab din critical heals ( corect pana aici ) motivatia gasita de tine este eronata totusi.
Problema e ca EoL pentru critical heals este calculat la un crit coef. de 150% si nu pentru un critical de 200% .
Exemplu :
-> Avem Flash Heal critical de 18426 si EoL de 230 cum arata aici in loc de 307.1 cum ar fii fost normal .
-> Inseama ca normal heal-ul ar fii fost 9213 si critical cu coef. de 150%, 13819.5 iar EoL potrivit base mastery pentru acest crit 230.325 fix cat a dat mai sus .
