[Priest][PvE][PvP] Lightwell

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I appreciate your work and recent fixes, but you guys barely touched the Lightwell! Why these reports: http://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Priest-PvE-PvP-Lightwell-t259429.html, http://forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Priest-PvE-PvP-Lightwell-t259921.html are marked as fixed when they're not?

1) Priest can't use it after being hit
2) Range from which you can click the Lightwell is lower than 20y.
3) Lightwell's health pool is too low. I thought we've figured out that it should have minimum 23 * 1.5 = 34.5% of caster's health.

1) Priest can't use it after being hit
- The only issue with this occurs after you enter combat with a target then cast the Lightwell after that the first usage works but afterwards it does not .


2) Range from which you can click the Lightwell is lower than 20y.
- Click range not Fixed , este undeva la 8~ yards .


3) Lightwell's health pool is too low. I thought we've figured out that it should have minimum 23 * 1.5 = 34.5% of caster's health.

In filmul adus de el (asta) Lightwell-ul are 23% din hp-ul Priest-ului dar nu era 4.0.6 bagat inca , deci mai trebuie un buff de 50% potrivit patch notes . Atm Lightwell are 25% din Priests HP.
