Previously I had over 30 Swift Lovebird mounts for sale in the auction house on Exodus server that I worked my freakin *** off for.
I came online to notice they all have been deleted from auction house & were not in my mailbox or anything.
I immediately created a GM ticket in-game to try and figure out exactly what happened to them. Deleted Cache folder, tried relogging, nothing worked.
The GM reply to my ticket said that I had 26 mounts that SHOULD be in my mailbox as my auctions had expired.
Whatever GM wrote that reply to my ticket must have known what he was doing to be able to see I SHOULD have them in my mail.
I do not know the name of the GM because it was just signed "Staff".
If they said they can see that I have 26 mounts that SHOULD be in my mailbox returned to me from expired auctions...Why are they not there?

After receiving the reply from the GM & waiting another day I decided to post in the item recovery forums & did not get any help.
Apparently THEY CAN NOT HELP ME!! Which is total BS, because I received a reply from a GM telling me I have exactly 26 items lost in mail floating in database somewhere.
They are just lost in mail forever??? How can a GM say there are certain items lost in mail, or items that SHOULD be in the mailbox, but never appear???
I call SHENANIGANS!!

I would guess the best option is to NOT CREATE ANYMORE AUCTIONS!
Since nobody can explain WTF even happened to all my items, & they are just GONE, I would assume that there is some issue with the sever.

Being said, If there are issues with the server through auctions & mails in-game, I would suggest GM's figure out WTF is going on IMMEDIATELY!
Until then, I will be sure to create my auctions and cancel them manually so that they do not get expired & lose more items through the auction house.
It really sucks that you GM's can't even replace the items that went missing, & furthermore I suggest a fix for the auction house bug that may or may not exist.

Please look into this issue, or see if there was an error that happened, or at least explain what happened to all of my items in auction! PLEASE!
You can't just expect people to lose this many items in auctions and not expect to have anything done about it.

DON'T ADD ITEMS TO AUCTION HOUSE THAT YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT!
THEY MAY GO MISSING AND NOBODY WILL CARE!

have you tried deleting your cache? or sending a mail from another char to the char that you've sold the *** to the AH? In theory, that should fix your problem.

If u read my post, I deleted cache & everything, I can recieve mails yes, but the auctions I had were expired and never returned to my mailbox, so either something screwed up in mails, or some GM is *** with me, or the auction is screwed up. Ive made plenty of other auctions after the fact that have sold, & i have received gold etc...

The 26 mounts i had for sale were deleted though & not returned in my mail. I even had a GM confirm & he said 26 of them should be in my mail from auctions,, but they are not there.

They are just too lazy to give them back to me I guess, so just beware if you add things worth much value to the auctions, because they may just disappear...

Ive sold plenty of the same mounts in auctions before & had them returned to my mail, why the hell didnt these ones return to me, and why cant a GM just return them if they can see they are supposed to be in my mail, the WTF is wrong?.. nothing I have done,, fix damn server!
