Spirit Link counts target in Cyclone

So again me and my partner are playing Restoration Druid/Fire Mage and we faced Restoration Shaman/Shadow Priest and i managed to get a full Cyclone on the shadow priest and my partner used combustion on the shaman and he was going down quick with only his Spirit Link left as a cooldown.As the priest was in clone the shaman used his Spirit Link and he was back to half again eventhough the priest was in a cyclone and shouldn't have been counted in the Spirit Link.That actually costed us the arena,so please fix this asap...

It's simple:

The cycloned target will not be affected by spirit link totem, but the shaman (for e.g.) will be affected. I don't see that incredible problem here.

It is bugged.... spirit link should ignore cyclone

"yes, spirit link ignores cyclone, the only thing that prevents spirit link totem from working is smoke bomb. the solution is not to try to use cyclone to deny link healing. ;p"

meh thank you then.didn't know that for sure and followed the logic that doing ANYTHING to someone in cyclone is not worth same SHOULD go for spirit link but apperantly doesn't...
