Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When i get the quest from Arcanist Tybalin [36669] i should get a buff that allows me to go inside the Sunreaver part of Dalaran. The questgiver doesn't apply the buff that is also marked as "Unknown Spell" [71098] in the freakz database. This quest is a part of a quest chain what is a criteria for "The Sword in the Skull" achievement.

Dovada / Proof: really don't know how to prove this, please check it.

No it isn't. To complete the quest, you need the "Ancient Dragonforged Blades" https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=49698&name=ancient-dragonforged-blades.

It is obtainable from Magister Hathorel https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=36670&name=magister-hathorel who is in the Sunreaver Sanctuary within Dalaran. The sanctuary is only reachable if you are on the horde side, or if the questgiver would give correctly the buff and the character would appear in Sunreaver colors.

Anyway it would be nice if the devs would fix this, maybe in a primitive way (like autocomplete) or place and object at a neutral area to get the quest item.

Magister Hathorel (as well as his counterpart npc) is spawned inside Violet Citadel (NOT THE DUNGEON), near / under the stairs that go towards the caverns of times portal. Speak to the npc there.
Note1: for the next part, if you can't enter Pit of Saron, you need to do this quest chain: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=Inside+the+Frozen+Citadel (A / H versions, on 5man normal difficulty).
Note2: for Halls of Reflection quest, reset the dungeon (5man normal mode) until the npc near Uther has an imp aspect, in which case you will be able to loot it.
Note3: at the end of the quest chain, take ONLY ONE quests named "Purification of Quel'delar" (you can search the web or on our quest helper, on website, which one is for mace and which for sword - description word "tainted" or "tempered" is a giveaway), then make a 10normal mode raid with someone, enter Sunwell Plateau, convert the raid into party, use the item provided by the quest near the entrance (that's it).
