Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

Issue 1
LoD trebuie sa afecteze 6 targets innately (as per tooltip & patch changes de 4.3) , problema e ca la noi la baza afecteaza doar 4 targets .

Issue 2
Cand aplici "Glyph of Light of Dawn" in schimb (care iti mareste heal-ul cu 25% per aplicatie dar iti scade nr de targets afectate cu 2) functioneaza normal healing increase-ul, dar in loc de doar 4 targets afectate or sa fie 6 .
