Cooldowns doesn't reset after arena has ended.

Ok so me and my partner are playing Restoration Druid/Fire Mage in 2v2 arenas and we see a problem often.When one arena ends and my partner(The Fire Mage) has his Cauterize triggered somewhere at the end of the arena and when we get out we get an instant Queue when the new arena starts and let's say the opposing team bursts him really hard his Cauterize wont activate because it has Cooldown from the last arena in which it was triggered.Please fix this as soon as possible because we have to duel and reset cooldowns after every arena...

This is impossible because cauterize has a lower cd then queue time + that 1 minute of waiting. There is a bug anyway: cauterize does nothing if the last hit will be a trinket or an overtime damaging effect.

Again we played 3 arenas vs some pala/war and it didn't proc 3 times...

I know but the strange thing is the arena before the one that it didn't proc my partner had his cauterize activated but he didn't die.So this is not the case...

ok so i don't know what the real problem is but there is 1 fact.In this case we faced ele/affli and my partner(fire mage) died withouth Cauterize getting triggered and at the end he checked the Log and the spell that killed him was Fulmination which can't proc any kind of Elemental mastery and isn't a trinket so yea...please fix it already.
