Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Chiar daca spargi blind si incerci sa aplici un dot, cand ar trebui sa expire blind-ul dispare si dot-ul. Mai greu de explicat si nu prea pot sa fac filmulete, imi crapa pc-ul.

Este EXTREM de usor de testat. Dai blind pe un target apoi incerci sa aplici un dot gen (garrote / hemmo cu glyph sau rupture)

Glypha scoate dots corect cand se aplica Blind dar previne reaplicarea bleed-urilor(rogue wise). Problema este doar la Rupture, restul merg okay aparent pentru ca au componenta de direct dmg care mai intai sparge blind-ul si dupa pun bleed-ul(glyphed hemo,garrote).
