Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Horde heirlooms trader in Dalaran has a lot cheaper heirlooms than the alliance ones which is extremely unfair and it's discrimination to alliance players.
Dovada / Proof: The proof is the link I even checked it out in game.

There are 2 NPC's that sell heirlooms one of them has the cheaper ones too.

Where is that npc for the alliance?
Edit: I found it but that doesn't change the fact that the horde vendor also sells chests and a lot of weapons cheaper unlike the alliance one...
