i don't think that frost got a haste cap. Anyway i play with 2.6k haste and it is actually ok. you can go for 2.8k haste if u equip rotting skull(burst trinket)

there isn;'t a mastery cap either...for frost mastery will always improve the frost dmg from:frost strike, frost fever and howling blast
u can't put crit on frost because u have KM and it would be a waste of time

sunt 2 cap-uri diferite:primul este legat de cap-ul de iteme...adica de cat iti ofera BiS items...al doilea cap care e strans legat de mechanics la clasa nu poate fi atins inca...
