Bug description: When aplied glyph of Arcane Power - use Mirror Images, use Arcane Power and then The global cooldown of Mirror Images should be reset but it is not
Proof: try the steps in bug description

GCD is the cooldown applied to most of your spells after using a spell. Some spells don't trigger this GCD ( i.e. evasion/adrenaline rush) . The glyph, from what i've read adds to the list of those spells Mirror Images, meaning you will not trigger GCD with them, it doesn't reset their CD ( normal Cooldown ).
