Salut , cu ceva timp m-am lasat de sala , acum 7 luni .
De atunci nu am mai facut sport mai deloc , nu am lucrat muschii.
Acum vreau fara sala sa fac abdomenul la loc , fac in fiecare seara cate 100 in 5 minute , ce spuneti , cam in cate zile reusesc sa il fac frumos.
Ceva sfaturi ? Adica sa cresc numarul pe zi ce trece?
Saaauu , sa ma duc iar la sala - -

Depinde cata grasime ai pe abdomen.Se zice ca CR7 face 3000 abdomene pe zi pentru a se mentine,deci gandestete.In general un abdomen se formeaza/defineste in aprox. un an la sala depinde cat muncesti(proprie experienta),iar daca folosesti suplimente alimentare,evident mult mai repede...Dar sa sti ca e foarte greu sa ti-l definesti doar cu abdomene...deci ar fi bine sa mergi la sala,sa muncesti din greu si sa iti faci un program de masa bogat in proteine si tot daca vrei si masa musculara (carne,lactate,orez etc),iar daca ai buget sa iti cumperi si un supliment alimentar.SPOR!


EDIT:Heroine,nu l-am bagat in discutie,i-am dat un exemplu prin care sa ii arat ca 100 abdomene ajuta putin daca vrea efect rapid si eficient...

Am foarte putina grasime abdominala , putina de tot si abdomenul e vizibil , dar vreau si mai mult..

Nu il baga pe CR7 in discutiile astea. Nu compari un sportiv de performanta cu un copil care vrea sa aiba si el un corp bine lucrat.Las-o in ..... .Abdomene si alergat seara,mananci mai putin (cina o iei inainte de ora 7 intotdeauna) si eviti MC Donald's sau KFC. Iar daca te apuci de sala iti recomand si un supliment pentru definire(Aminoliquid).

I-am zis sa manance mai putin si sa faca mai mult sport.Doamne fereste sa nu mai mananci deloc.Din vorbele lui,el ar avea nevoie sa faca fibrare la sala,nu masa.Dar daca tu,prin mancare intelegi ca trebuie sa bagi in tine doar KFC si MC Donald's(cam asta reiese din ce ai zis tu acum) atunci lasa-te de sala si "Pofta Buna".

Sincer nu vad de ce te agiti asa , eu am cerut niste sfaturi , pot sa mananc toata ziua la kfc ca nu pun pe mine , sunt fotbalist - !
Acum fac cate 150 / seara iar dupa o saptamana cresc la 200 si tot asa.

In primul rand trebuie sa ai mai jos de 10% stratul de grasime de pe abdomen , pentru a se lucra . Daca ai peste 10% degeaba faci tu 1000000 de abdomene de 2 minute ca tot nu se ard . Cu o dieta corespunzatoare si 50/100 abdomene in fiecare zi va fi ok .

Pentru abdomen ai nevoie de o dieta adecvata,poti sa faci abdomene ca prostu si fara rezultat,in primul rand modificati programul de mancat,maxim 4 mese pe zi care sa nu contina prea multe calorii,incearca sa mananci cat mai usor si mancare usor digerabila,ferestete de mancarurile prajite gen gratare,fripturi,mici etc. ar fi bine sa mananci ou fiert in loc de oua ochiuri.

Atat cu dieta,acum sa iti zic un exemplu de antrenament,eu unul prefer varianta asta de antrenament:

Este intens si dureaza numai 6 minute si dupa faceam 2 seturi sarit coarda 60-80 sarituri apoi alergat pe loc 1 set alergat pe loc usor (3-5 minute) si 1 set alergare pe loc cu genunchii sus,daca ai o bara pe hol fa 3 seturi de ridicari de genunchi de cate 15-13-10 repetari,exercitiile la bara sunt cele mai bune pentru un abdomen perfect.

Bonus:in zilele usoare bagam rapid acest antrenament si la sfarsit faceam crunch pana la epuizare,si dupa 5 minute pauza faceam exercitii de incordare:te pui pur si simplu pe pat si iti incordez abdomenul o data la 5 secunde,asta pentru a-l intari si sa primeasca o forma sculptata.

Nu mananc numai dimineata si seara , sunt fotbalist si alerg si prea mult , deci in maxim o luna o sa il am la loc .
o seara frumoasa.
