Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Daca faci Spam de Hemorrhage, bleed-ul (dot) overtime se reseteaza mereu si nu tick-uie. S-a rezolvat problema cu tick la hots si dots (spell) dar se pare ca la Hemorrhage nu functioneaza. E destul de important, prioritate mare...
Dovada / Proof: Spam ingame pe dummy, tick-uie doar daca te opresti din castat hemorrhage.
