Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Acest NPC nu exista asa-dar nu se poate incepe questul "Just Follow the Orders" pentru a face rep cu The Oracle tribe pentru moun-ul Gren Proto Drake care dropeaza la Cracked Egg vandut de unul din vendori din acel clan si necesita The Oracle -Revered

Este acolo daca apare pe npc finder. Probabil il omorase cineva care avea reputatia hated cu ei.
