Account Retrieval

Hey i had an account here some time ago and i haven't accessed it or its email address since some long time. However i want it back and i forgot its password. Whenever i try using the website to get it back, they say they sent a mail to my email address but that address is deleted becz of inactivity ( Bullsh*t microsoft hotmail). So any other way to get it back? Will provide more info in private msg.
